Mark Harris – Vice President, Asia Pacific

Based in Singapore, Mark has managed South East Asia regional operations for international data companies for the past 15 years. Mark is a petroleum geologist with more than 25 years experience in the O&G industry and holds a B.Sc. in Geology and an M.Sc. in Petroleum Geology from Royal School of Mines, Imperial College London. Mark is very active in the industry in South East Asia and is currently secretary of SEAPEX, editor of the SEAPEX Press and a member of the AAPG, PESGB, PESA and IPA.

Scott Stewart – Regional Manager, Latin America

Based in our Houston office, Scott has over 27 years experience in the O&G industry, having worked for Chevron and managed / directed efforts concerning the Latin America region for the last 11 years for an international data company. Scott has a BS degree in Geology from the University of Tennessee and holds the position of Vice President of the Houston Chapter of the Argentine Institute of Petroleum and Gas. Scott is also a well respected member of the Houston Geological Society (HGS) and American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG).

Rosemary Mathalone – Regional Manager, Central Latin America and Caribbean

Based in our Houston office, Rosemary began her career in 1977 with Phillips Petroleum in London, where she worked as a geophysicist for 9 years. Following that, she has undertaken various geophysical consulting projects in Dubai, Sharjah, Malaysia and the US working on world-wide data ranging from Yemen to Peru. More recently, she has worked most of the last 13 years in the international petroleum information business mainly on South American projects. She holds a BEd (hons) in Geology/Education from the University of London.

Ian Blakeley – Vice President, South Asia

Based in the UK, Ian was previously managing and directing efforts concerning the South Asia region for 12 years for an international data company. With more than 20 years experience in the O&G industry, Ian was formerly employed by EXLOG (now Baker Hughes INTEQ) as a Data Engineer and Wellsite Geologist and graduated from the University of Keele in the UK with a B.Sc. Joint Honours Degree in Geology/Geography. Ian is a member of the Petroleum Exploration Society of Great Britain (PESGB) and the South East Asia Petroleum Exploration Society (SEAPEX).

Based in our UK office, John was involved in managing and directing operations in an international data company for 12 years, where he established a new West Africa activity reporting service, before managing the NW Europe Team and UK-based regional teams. He also spent three years as Director Far East and three years as a Global Product Manager. John previously worked as a Pressure Engineer, Wellsite Geologist and Operations Geologist in the North Sea and Atlantic Margin. He holds a B.Sc. in Geology and M.Sc. in Applied Sedimentology from the University of Reading.

Chester Chua – Regional Manager, Australasia

Chester has worked in various in an international data positions for the last seven years, focusing on all countries in South East Asia and North East Asia. He is a member of the South East Asia Petroleum Exploration Society (Seapex). Chester holds a B.Sc. in Geography/Economics from the National University of Singapore (NUS).

Pablo Goldberg – Regional Manager, Argentina
Argentina

Pablo has worked for more than 20 years in various industry and also government positions in Argentina. His experience was mainly in E&P Data Management and GIS. He also worked for the Santa Cruz Province DOE where he acquired a wide knowledge in the Industries local and federal regulations. He participated in many environmental and hydrogeology assessments in Patagonia for Oil & Gas Companies. He has a BS Degree in Geology.
